- Identity and address proof of the owner/partners/directors
- Employee details, if any
- Proof of payment of the prescribed registration fee
2. Fill Out the Application Form
The application form can be obtained from the local Labour Department office or downloaded from the Jharkhand Labour Department’s official website.
3. Submit the Application
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the Labour Department. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
4. Verification
The Labour Department will verify the details provided and may conduct an inspection of the premises if deemed necessary.
5. Issuance of Certificate
Upon successful verification, the Shop and Establishment Registration Certificate will be issued. This certificate must be prominently displayed at the business premises.
