5. Fees and Payment Terms

• Applicable professional fees and government charges must be paid in full, or as per the agreed instalment schedule, before we initiate work on your service request.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as specifically provided under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges paid on your behalf to any department are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of your application.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of billing details and for using a valid payment method while making payment through our secure payment gateway.

6. Client Responsibilities

Delays or rejections arising from incomplete or delayed client responses are not attributable to Setupfiling.in.
