Improves Risk Management

By having an LEI, legal entities can improve their risk management practices by accurately identifying their counterparties in financial transactions. This enables businesses to assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of their partners, leading to better decision-making processes.

Facilitates Regulatory Compliance

LEI registration is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance in various jurisdictions. Many financial regulators require legal entities to have an LEI to participate in financial transactions. By obtaining an LEI, businesses can avoid penalties and regulatory issues that may arise due to non-compliance.
