CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT - SETUPFILING.IN

At SetupFiling.in, we place a strong emphasis on client confidentiality and information security management. The following are key features of our Confidentiality Agreement that apply to all of our clients.

  • We do not disclose any information pertaining to our Clients to any third parties.
  • We do not use our Clients identity or Clients brand for our marketing purposes, without their written consent
  • We never provide our Client’s name or Client’s information to other prospective clients for marketing purposes.
  • We do not sell or disclose our Client list or Client Information to third parties.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

It is understood and agreed that a SetupFiling.in client may provide sensitive information that must be kept private. To protect such information and maintain any confidentiality required by patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that:

  1. The Confidential Information to be disclosed includes invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current
  2. SetupFiling.in will limit the disclosure of Confidential Information within its own organization to directors, officers, partners, members, employees, and/or independent contractors (collectively referred to as “affiliates”) who have a need to know. SetupFiling.in and its affiliates will not disclose any confidential information obtained from the discloser unless required by law.
  3. This Agreement imposes no obligation upon SetupFiling.in with respect to any Confidential Information (a) that was in SetupFiling.in possession before receipt from SetupFiling.in Client; (b) is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of SetupFiling.in; (c) is rightfully received by SetupFiling.in from a third party not owing a duty of confidentiality to the SetupFiling.in Client; (d) is disclosed without a duty of confidentiality to a third party by, or with the authorization of SetupFiling.in; (e) is public knowledge or the information is available in public domain; or (f) is independently derived by SetupFiling.in
  4. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between SetupFiling.in and its Client regarding the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any additions or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties.
  5. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the greatest extent possible, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to allow enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
  6. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the greatest extent possible, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to allow enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
  7. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer as a result of any unauthorized activities carried out by you, as described above, and you may face criminal or civil liability.
