  1. Duly certified copy of trust deed/certificate of registration and MOA & Bye-Laws
  2. A detailed note on the activities of trust/society so far done and proposed to be done/ in which state and district they are planning their activity
  3. PAN of Organization
  4. Detail of Chief Functionary & Chairman of Organization (PAN CARD , Adhar card, Mobile Number and email ID)
  5. E-Mail Id and Mobile No. of all members/Trustee
  6. Updated Members/ Trustees List of Organization
  7. Pan Card and Adhar card of all members/Trustee

All non-government organization needs to register under Niti Aayog for receiving grants under various schemes of the government. In order to transact business with line Ministries/ Departments, an NGO has to first sign-up on the NGO-DARPAN portal to obtain a Unique Identity Number (UIN) by furnishing the required details like registration number of the organization, PAN of the organization, PAN and Aadhar details of the office bearers/trustees

Any VO / NGO which is registered as a trust/ society/ a private limited nonprofit company, under section-25 Company of the Indian Companies Act, 1956 can Sign Up on the NGO Darpan .

To be eligible for NITI Aayog registration, your organization must meet the following criteria:

The following documents are required for NITI Aayog registration:
